Cleaning Solutions was founded in 2000 by my wife, Angelica Heredia, and myself, Eli Heredia. Our Family mission “Helping people succeed” is rooted deep into the fiber of who we are and into Cleaning Solutions. We strive to provide the San Luis Valley with a strong thriving janitorial business that embodies the values’ of the people of The San Luis Valley and a business that will represent the high integrity, and character of the people of the SLV. We believe this company presents an opportunity to build relationship and serve people far beyond the services we provide.

Through hard work and quality service Cleaning Solutions has become a primer service company that services the entire San Luis Valley and surrounding areas. Because of this, we have an established residential and commercial customer base that continues to use our services after over a decade of service to them.

We realize that all our customers are unique and have different needs. That is why we specialize in meeting the needs of our customers for their specific field of work. Our customer history includes banks, professional offices, computer offices, restaurants, health care suppliers and providers, grocery stores, laboratories, retail, schools, auto sales, churches and child care facilities.

We provide an array of commercial and residential services for our customers that include basic janitorial services, post-construction clean, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, building maintenance, parking lot striping, and hard floor maintenance. Cleaning maintenance programs are tailored to each customer for their specific needs. The janitorial and building maintenance industry is constantly changing and we strive to stay connected with the front runners in the industry. We do this so that we could provide the very best and newest technologies for our customers. Over the past several years we implemented “green clean” cleaning for some of our customers and offer it as an option to all our customers.
